"Decent food, but the parking situation ruined it"
The food was fine, nothing to complain about there, but getting there was such a hassle. Parking took forever and pretty much all the street spots were already taken. It’s frustrating because I wanted to like the place, but after dealing with that, I kind of lost trust that it’ll be worth the effort next time.

"Good Food, Service Felt a Little Cold"
I remember sitting there enjoying the food, which was fine, but the overall feeling stuck with me a bit. The staff weren’t rude at all, just seemed rushed and kind of quiet, like they didn’t really want to engage much. It didn’t ruin the meal, but I do wish the service had felt a little warmer. I’d still order from here again, though.

"I ordered late and figured..."
I ordered late and figured the food would probably show up just kind of warm, if anything. But somehow it was still hot when it got here. The rice and meat were solid, and even the fries held up better than I expected. made the whole meal feel a lot better. Seems like they’ve got it mostly figured out.

"Good platter, but it felt a little overlooked"
I ordered the chicken and gyro platter from the site, and it showed up fine, but the whole thing felt kind of thrown together. The rice was packed in heavy, while the meat wasn’t spread out much, so it felt like the main part of the order didn’t get the same attention.
The sauce was good like it usually is, but I wish the lettuce and tomatoes had been balanced better too. Some bites were mostly rice, others were basically just sauce, and it made me feel like my order was a bit ignored. Not terrible, just messier and more uneven than I expected.

"Easy pickup and hot food"
Picked up my order and it was super easy, took maybe 5 minutes or so. The food was still hot when I got it, which is always a plus. Smooth experience overall...

"Decent, but customization feels limited"
I order from The Halal Guys when I need something quick, and, for the most part, the food is usually solid.

My biggest issue is the customization, though. You can choose the basics, like sauces or extra protein, but I really wish there were more ways to swap toppings, adjust portions, or make the bowl more your own, without it turning into a whole thing. A couple times, I’ve added notes, and they didn’t really seem to get followed.

Overall, it’s not a bad experience, just kind of average, especially if you’re a little picky about how you like your bowl.

"Clean, chill lunch spot"
Stopped in for lunch the place was super clean. Like, the tables were wiped down, the floor looked good, and the counter area, actually that’s usually where busy places start looking messy, but here it was totally fine. The vibe was really chill too. Not too loud, staff seemed relaxed, and I could just sit and eat without feeling rushed. Simple, easy, good experience. 5 stars from me.

"Halal info gave me peace of mind"
I was checking out the menu and noticed the halal certification was easy to spot, which made the whole ordering process way less stressful. I didn’t have to sit there second-guessing anything, so I just picked what I wanted and felt good about it.

"The Sauces Keep Me Coming Back"
The sauces are what keep me ordering from here. The white sauce tastes really fresh, and the hot sauce is seriously no joke. I usually handle spicy food better than most of my friends, but even I have to go easy with this one. It has a real kick without overpowering everything, and it goes so well with the rice and meat. Definitely one of the better sauce combos I’ve had

"Great Halal Options"

The rice was fine, nothing amazing but totally okay. The bread, though, was dry and disappointing. I feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be better, because it really brought the meal down.

"Refund got sorted, no hassle"
